More than 10 years of experience as an expert and analyst in the fields of public administration development, social policy, public finance, gender equality and equal opportunities for women and men, and the promotion of a human-centred approach in the security and defence sector. Contributed to the implementation of international projects supported by the United States, Canada, Sweden, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Extensive experience working with the Parliament of Ukraine and government institutions, including the Ministry of Social Policy, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and other public authorities. Working with the Centre for Public Finance and Public Administration Analysis at KSE Institute since 2021.
