Vasyl Pruglo

Expert in strategic development, investment management, and operational efficiency improvement, with over 15 years of experience in large industrial and infrastructure companies in Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Specializes in investment project evaluation and support, the development of budgeting and controlling systems, financial modeling, and the implementation of performance management tools.

Throughout my professional career, I have held leadership positions at Metinvest Holding, the National Power Company Ukrenergo, and Eurasian Resources Group (ERG). I have hands-on experience managing investment portfolios exceeding USD 100 million, developing corporate standards for project evaluation, conducting internal audits, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

I hold an MBA degree from Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman and graduated from Donetsk National Technical University with a degree in Ferrous Metallurgy. I have also completed professional training in investment project management and strategic development, including programs delivered by AACE International, Oracle Primavera, and Project Management institutions.

In my work, I focus on strengthening Ukraine’s investment ecosystem, supporting strategic projects, identifying effective financing mechanisms, and implementing modern approaches to project management and organizational transformation.
