Taras Marshalok

Doctor of Economic Sciences. Public finance analyst with four years of experience at the Center. He also specializes in research in the field of public finance, fiscal and tax policy. He has authored over 120 scientific and analytical publications, including the monograph Fiscal Imperatives of Economic Equilibrium. He has been teaching for 20 years at Khmelnytsky National University and the Ukrainian Catholic University. His main subjects are taxation, public finance, fiscal policy, and taxes. His analytical interests include state budget revenues and financing, tax policy, and public debt management. He is a scholarship recipient of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Academic Scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
